MOC: IAF Sikorsky

Greetings and Felicitations, my friends!
I just today registered here in this newer site after recieving an email from Paul earlier. I was easily able to respond readily to his request with no hesitation whatsoever - especially because I knew I would be uploading my most recent military MOC later that evening. I give you the Israeli Air Force Sikorsky סופר-הוק (Superhawk).

Sweet! I really like your uniforms for the guys! Did you put on decals or did they come in a set? and I can't wait to see the landing gear for it!

Funny you should ask. The minifig elements can be found in the Star Wars Clone Turbo Tank in which they are used for the "Kashyyyk trooper". However, since I do not own that set, I suppose I was lucky enough to pick up two pairs of the legs at a minifig PaB and resourceful enough to create my own torso decal nearly identical to the first using a photograph I found on Peeron to create the illusion.

And on top of that, the two soldiers is a separate photograph that was actually taken at an early time and superimposed over the original image of the helicopter considering I sold my G-36 Assault Rifle a little while before I finished building the helicopter. So, all in all, the minifigure couple is one big lie.

MOC is awesome, I like the flag on the side of the cockpit.

Hmm. I'll certainly look into that Mr. SGT, but considering I did most of the resizing and color adjustment in a word processor, I didn't save the final version as an easily accessible image file. Thanks for the reply!

As I stated in my note on Flickr, those two tiles on the side really take away from the awesomeness of the MOC, and really draw attention to themselves. If you can change those, this MOC will be difficult to improve.

Where did you get the front landing gear? (Or the one with the wheel.)
