YES that's perfectomundo! We could have it like someone is attacking us and we are captains of a ship or commander of everything. or different we are different planets. Although it would be serious. Or someone could be an alien force in slot 16 and send a HUGE amount of aliens/pirates and attack a planet.

Everyone could work as a team, I liked the last space RPG when we were all working together to run the ship

And to have a little Lego activity, the participants would need to have a Lego sig-fig in order to join

I like Elffy's Idea, I think that we should each have a ship, and you could team up with who you wanted to.

Wait, Even better Idea, we have Two teams! Like in the first WWII RPG, Or, Even the war over the last Green-Eggs-N-Ham (For those of us who go back that far )

Or we could even have a Story-Game! (Also for us oldtimers XD )

What would be the objective of the RPG? Fighting each other, or uniting against a common enemy? or just random stuff

I think it would be fun to fight aganist one another, but it would have to be semi-silly, we don't want to get all cut-throat on one another.

Some people will have some trouble because they would want to join the RPG but they prob don't play Ogame. So we would have to explain it a little (which isn't going to be me )

Okay, so we need:

Explanation (We are doing an Ogame based RPG, correct?)

Team/not to have a team (every one on one side against a common enemy); needs to be decided (poll maybe).

Rules (10 RPG commandants should be fine)

Item list (weapons etc)

Stuff the player(s) needs:

Minifig and item list

Any other ideas guys?

I like both ideas.

If we control planets:
we cant just be like *researches lvl 30 metal mine* *builds death star* right off the start. I think we should all start out as noobs. We would have to make some rules about that like only 2 mine upgrades a day or something like that.

I think we should start out controlling equally powerful ships, and be able to allie our self with whoever we want, or we could have set teams.

Or we could have everyone on one large ship (dessie, anyone ) and we have to defend it against aliens/space pirates/hostile fleets. We could even dock at the home planet every 10 pages for a few pages.

I think we should have ships instead of characters... like, we control the whole ship, with only a few basic characters (bridge captain and ambassador, for instance)... we each get a ship, we can name it, build a micro model of it and list it's weapons and stuff (with a set number of money for that, maybe) and then make it up from there.

I do like the idea of a space one... I'm just afraid it would be too much like the other one we had if we're all on one ship... and I think controlling a whole ship would be more interesting than just one character.

Okay, Tim gave the go ahead for the RPG, now all we need are some rules/background story etc.

For sure it's a space RPG, but we've got several different ideas going on here. I like SV's idea of the micro model of the ship, but I liked it when we were all on the same ship and helping each other...maybe we can have a character and a ship with a small crew or something? I dunno; you guys got any ideas?

How about everyone's apart of a military, and captain of a small fleet of fighters or a large destroyer. People can interchange ships if need be, but can command on a larger scale?

That sounds cool, maybe the destroyer could house a small fighter wing in a hangar bay or something?

Out of curiosity, who else voted no?

I like the idea of a destroyer housing fighters. I think if someone owns a RIP then they should be able to house dessies, BS's, and fighters. We could put BC's in to. I think that Everyone should own a big ship, and lots of fighters or a big ship with cruisers and some fighters. Or we could have a person with a RIP and a few BC's.

Or we could have one RIP that houses everyone's ships (even though it doesn't in the real game ), and then everyone could dock and leave pretty much at will, go on missions together or meet back at the RIP and run the ship together.

^ I like that idea; perhaps when we're in the ships we control them and when we're docked we control characters? Always controlling both ships and characters seems like it would get to be a hassle. D:
