Sorry for the late comment; there's some interesting stuff going on here.

I like the angled wings plates behind the cockpit- very subtle. The overall design is a solid choice, but I think the rear collection of plates is superfluous. That is, I think the ship would look better without them.

Also, you've chosen a tricky colourscheme to work with; you really have to keep the blue in rein to keep it from distracting the viewers eye. The trick with colour blocking is to keep everything organised. THe best example of this that I can think of is nnenn's work. Peruse through the Space folders and try to understand the way he's used his colours. If you can do that, your future ships will look much better.

I like the sorta classic space feel to it. I agree with memory, though.

Yeah, I wasn't so sure I liked the plates back there in the first place.
And thanks for the tip on the Blue, I'll try to see what I can do with it.
