I already asked Elffy, and he couldn't help me.

System requirements confuse the hee-ack outta me. Would this work for Battlefront II?

BF II system requirements:
Windows 2000/XP, 1.4GHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 64MB video card with vertex shader and pixel shader compatibility, DirectX 9.0c or higher, 4.3GB minimum hard disk space

(The following taken from a DXdiag download)

Now as far as I can tell, the video card we have has much less memory than what's required. However, we have a few games that require more memory, yet work perfectly.

I ask all this because there's not much I hate worse than trying to sell stuff on the internet after finding it doesn't work. Evil or Very Mad

Hmm, I'm trying it out, but it just says on the page that it's downloading, but I haven't been asked for permission to download anything, and nothing is downloading on the browser's download panel.
The "progress squares" also haven't been moving this whole time.

Try with MSN or Internet Explorer with the system requirements, Ive never used it with Firefox before. Maybe that's the problem.

As I said, I opened Internet Explorer and tried Can You Run It? and it worked fine.

Unfortunately, I figured out that BFII wouldn't work on 4 accounts. Cheese, when is my dad going to replace this decade-old computer like he said he would? scratch

Yeah, according to the information you've supplied, BFII requires 1.6 GHz, and you only have 650 MHz (0.65 GHz). The processor speed is one of the easiest ways to check for compatibility.

Does it not play at all, or does it go onto a black screen before it loads?
