So now that I've played Minecraft, for idk... Like 4 days total out of the last week or so, I can safely say... Thanks for getting me hooked, Paul. You asshole. Seriously though, I'ma buy it, next week probably. Is there a way to transfer my current map on your account, to my account, once I get the game? Cause I've kinda put some serious time into building what I've got so far:

I actually preferred where I was in my previous, now deleted game (pic below), because the Taiga biome SUCKS. I may just have my railway go over it, cause I'm not gonna chop down a bunch of damn snow-covered trees and deal with ice and crap. Unless it's to build idiotic monuments, so I can remember where the hell I'm at and how to get back to my home base.

maps are linked to computer save files and not accounts, any account on your computer can access your maps.

Edit: Nope, changed my mind. Gonna make it more like a real billboard, so probably will go a bit smaller.

Yes I do. Unfortunately now that I've finally FINALLY begun building my mansion, I'm taking the sign down and will redo it at a slightly more manageable size as an actual billboard. I'm probably gonna do another silly billboard, that reads "CA$H FOR GOLD!" for no reason whatsoever. With cash being made of leaf blocks probably and gold, obviously with gold blocks.

I've laid down a lot more rail in the south and still fiddling with Desert Temple Station's lighting. Got a good amount of glowstone in it now, but maybe too much. I've also added a bunch of torches to my house, because Misa's realistic texture pack is a bit dim in the lighting department. Want more and narration by myself? Have some vids. Not sure if I posted the first one here before or not.

I'm posting SP screenies. I'd love to have someone run my map on a server though. It's tiring building all this stuff by myself. Razz

Although right now I've been taking a break and playing Evil Minecraft, although since it's incompatible with basically all other mods, I can't set any waypoints, so that pretty much totally sucks and means I can't really explore the world much now that I've built a house. I did have it on hard mode while playing Creative, but went to peaceful, because three Endermen were in my backyard and a Camo Creeper spawned inside my house and I wasn't about to go back inside and risk the bastard blowing it up. It's a very fancy house.

Or to look at it another way, I really am not much of a competent gamer, not "hardcore." This allows me to really become totally obsessed with two or three games at any one time, until I am burnt out on them or finally decide it's time to move on to some other time sucking wasteland or really more practically get my head out of my ass and do productive things with my life. It's not that I don't want to do the latter, rather I've had eleven years of internal conflict going on and living in my head. That's the real story.

Plus minecraft generates random worlds so there's always the opportunity to create new existences. It's a terrible thing.

True. I haven't even started building anything in my Technic Pack world yet. All the new items are a bit daunting and I'm not sure I'll ever figure out how all of them work. Razz
