This November, (the weekend of the 1st and 2nd to be exact) Me and a couple of friends are going up to a large airsoft 'Operation' with around 100 people attending, and the guys are spreading the news to the SC, TN, and VA airsoft forums, so hopefully there will be even more people! The field is 70 acres, there will be lots of tanks and armored vehicles, and trails, fields, woods, trenches, firebases, and a small simulated city. I'm getting really excited. My dad said I could take the video camera, and his regular camera, so hopefully I can take some pictures/film a bit while I'm there. I'm going to try and make a video to a Disturbed or Sabaton song

Disturbed FTW! Ummm what kind of airsoft guns will you be using?

I'm hiding in FLAME's gear.
But really, I wish I could go, you better make a video!
Just wondering, have you opened up your Thompson's Gearbox?
I would before you go, it would suck to have it break down in the middle of the game

I'm going to be using my Thompson. I have 'field stripped' it, but I didn't open the gear box. I think that taking the gearbox out/apart would void the warranty, but what would you look for if you took it apart?

Uh, you got this last Christmas right?
If there ever was a warranty, it's long gone now.
I would de-grease it, then re-grease it with some decent grease, lube the O-rings, and just look for any major wear-down on the parts.

I dunno; I might, but its been holding up pretty well; and I've never taken one apart before.

There's a bilzion guides out there, and from what I've heard the V6 is fairly easy.

Hmmm, I just don't want to screw something up, it seems to be working fine, and it hasn't let me down yet.

I'm going to register for the Russian side tonight

I was going to go NATO, but then they changed the uniforms ( NATO used to be green, and Russian would be TAN based, but they changed it, so Russians are wearing green) and I have a green based uniform, so I'm going Russian.

For Mother Russia!

EDIT: For the airsoft game; there is not a Russian side to the RPG

No, I don't think they've come around NC yet...dunno though.

I just got registered for the Fulda Gap airsoft Operation.

We leave on Oct 31st, get back Nov. 2nd.

Don't worry, I'll take some pics and film some.

I stopped trick-or-treating awhile back...guess I grew out of it

ah....I just like to go around our block scaring everyone with my costume... This year for halloween I'm going to buy this one make up set at CBS that will make me look SCARY! I'll have a link to it later.

But around our nieborhood our halloween is just silly rather then scary.

I don't get to trick or treat anymore, I have to stand at the door to hand out candy... and I'm incredibly anti social, so if there are Halloween costume parties going on I don't know about them and wouldn't be invited anyway... but I still dress up for the door.

Yeah, I like standing at the door and seeing everyone's costumes. Some of them are really funny! Once I had 3 little todlers dress up as the teletubies....lol Every year I see at least one princess, and one super hero.
