| Bad FLAME! I think it is the 1923 "Military model", It had a longer barrel, It was chambered in .45 Remington which fired a 250 Grain Bullet instead of the 230 grain. It also had a optional bipod and bayonet mount. Stormy | |

| Nope; it was the M2 "Hyde" Sub machine gun, it bore a strong resemblance to the Thompson, but it was never put into production; there were just experimental models.
Alright, new question:
What kind of magazines will fit into the M1, M2, or M3 carbines?

| Oops, I didn't see your post :O Anyways, 15RD and 30RD The M2 & M3 had reinforced mag catches for the 30Rounders, but the M1 could still take the 30RD mags.

| You missed some of them--- while I was at a gun show a few weeks ago, I saw 5rd, 15rd, 30rd, and 40rd. I even asked the guy about the 5rd, (he was one of those history buff guys that shows up with all the vintage WWII and 'Nam gear) and he was like, yeah, that's for the M1 Carbine. You're up. | |

| Eh, then those weren't real, trust me, we have books full of M1 Carbine lore, and none of them mention any other Mags besides the 15RD and 30RDs. The books talk about all the manerfactures of the 15 and 30Rounders.
Anyways, do the M4\M16s issued to "Normal" troops these days use Full Auto or 3 Round burst? (No searching for 48 hours)

| 3 round burst
I'm not sure about the 40 rounder; at least that's what the description was on it; and it looked larger than the 30rd one. The 5 rounder I'm sure of though, maybe it was made post-war?

| Well, when you said mags that were made I though you were talking about Military mags, not other Postwar\commercial mags.
Oh, Your turn!

| Late start to school today. Okay, what two calibers was the Welrod "Assassin's Pistol" manufactured in, and why was it called a "sanitized" pistol? No searching for 48 hours. | |
