| Here it is! The last part I need for it should be here Tuesday. That's a M11 springer RIS on there, That I've hacked at with the dremal to make room for the cocking handle. For some reason the stock in Picture 3 looks bent, but it's not. And in Picture 2 it looks like the RIS is tilted upwards, but it's also not. Stormy | |

| Eh, the HK stock was much to short for my build, (I'm like 5'10" right now, and I'm still growing ) This one is MUCH more comfy. -Stormy | |

| Yea, I guess it depends. What make is the MP5 itself? 'Well'? I'd personally like an ICS MP5(Retractable) with metal gearbox. I'm hoping it'd go down in price like most AirSoft guns are...... | |

| Hahahah, It is a ICS MP5 XD It has a G&G Hi-torgue motor, a 120% PDI spring, Systema Gears, Systema feed nozzle, and a Systema tappet plate I believe. I do need to get a new battery, but other than that the thing is a BEAST! But, the charging handle broke, not in the normal spot, ( I have a buffer that keeps the handle from hitting) and the tabs that hold the barrel to the body are broken, though I have made that part almost as good as new. The tabs on ICS MP5's break quite often, it's due to the fact that it's made of alumuinum. But I still LOVE the gun. -Stormy | |

| Metal, though it's a fairly soft Alumuinum, still strong for a body, but the tabs that hold the barrel alsembly to the body are the weakest point, but the problem isn't to hard to fix. And yeah, I love ICS guns. -Stormy | |

| I don't know, I got my used (In supposedly working condition.) And had to drop I dunno, atleast 175$ to get it into working condition. (Hence why it's tricked out ) Personally had I know I would have had to have paid all that, I would have gotten a ICS M16, which I didn't get because I could get the used MP5 for like $120. But, if you do want a MP5, then I would think that it would be worth it, I've also heard good things about the CA B&T MP5 series, but that was quite a while ago, as I've pretty much gotten out of Airsoft. -Stormy | |

| TM's stuff is always good, if you don't mind the plastic bodys, but they do use High-quality ABS, so they're very strong. Here is a link to a B&T gun, they do make them with retracting stocks, but EVIKE only had this one.
http://www.airsoftpost.com/classic-army-full-metal-licensed-mod5sd5-style-p-23885.html One of the cool things is that when you pull the charging handle back, it acutally moves the fake "Bolt" which means that you really can't snap off the charging handle.

| There is a Tokyo Marui P38 Spring Pistol, although online it's only sold from a company based in Asia. There have been a few on eBay every once in awhile, but they go for probably 30-40 bucks, from the store it's only 20.
Plus, it uses a stick mag, not a full realistic mag, and I don't think there's any Hop-Up, so power's not a big factor.

| Well, here is my attempt at trying to jump start this site again.
Since many of us seem interested in airsoft, this thread may be the key to getting people to post again.
So, let's discuss more airsoft. I recently got into airsoft, and I'm interested in what you guys have and what you've done with your guns. So, I would like to see pictures and descriptions of your guys' guns. A mini (or full) review of the gun would be cool, too, in case someone else here is interested in picking one up.
I'm interested in seeing all of the modifications and accessories you guys have put on/in your guns. And most of all, I just want to see what you guys have picked for your arsenal.
I, too, will participate, once I get time to photograph my guns.
So, post away! Let's have some airsofting fun!

| I really don't airsoft any more, mostly due to getting into Guitar. But, My two main guns are a ECHO 1\JG AK47 that I've had for about a year and a half, it's fairly good, accurate and powerful.
I also have an ICS MP5 that I got used, and had to replace just about all the internals, (Gears, Spring, Motor, bushing, catchs, etc) for a "working" gun it sure did need a ton of money dumping into it. Infact, I could have bought almost any production gun that I want for the amount I had to dump into the dang thing.

| My AEG's: I'm getting pumped up for Fulda '09 Primary AEG: G&G GR16A3 Carbine (M4TC) w/AMP ACOG (4x). Secondary AEG: ACM M1A1 Thompson (stockless, to be secondary weapon along with spring .45 M1911 [not pictured]). All I need is a battery bag for the Tommy Gun and I'm set; the sling that is on the upper receiver acts like the ones in "Public Enemies", letting the Thompson hang down at my right side (can be hidden in trench-coat). On another note, there is a gun show the week after Fulda '09, where I'm going to try and pick up a forward '28 style handgrip for my Thompson (Pictures if it happens). "Mini-review" of the ACM [CYMA] Thompson: Great gun, I'm going on two years with it, and I haven't had a problem yet. All of the wood is fake, but is constructed of solid plastic; the upper-receiver, outer barrel, fire selector switches, magazine release lever, and sling swivels are all metal. The plastic parts on the body of the gun are few; like the lower receiver or the adjustable sight. Again, great gun; the only con for me was that the TM magazines cost more than your average M4 mag's. 10/10. "Mini-review" of the G&G GR16A3 Carbine [M4TC]: Awesome gun; currently my favorite. The only problems I have had with it were easily fixed by tightening the delta ring (the outer barrel had become a tad loose) and the screw in the stock of the AEG (the stock had become loose, and it was a pain to find a screwdriver long enough to fit down the stock to tighten the screw). Most of the gun is metal, the only "major" plastic parts are the stock, pistol grip, and the foregrip (all made of really solid plastic), a few others are small pieces on the carrying handle (sights), but that's about it. Again, awesome gun; I'd give it a 10/10.
